Unpleasant handling of early check-in despite readiness.

The hotel is conveniently located near subway stations, with

an array of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive, quickly addressing any issues. The rooms, while somewhat small, provided a functional space for my needs, though those on lower floors might find them a bit dark.

Convenient location, clean room with essential amenities, the straightforward access to public transport made it easy to explore the area with nearby stations and a flat-screen TV to unwind after a day out.

I had a lovely stay at Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi. The location is wonderful, just a short walk from Yodoyabashi station. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows—a delight after a day of exploring.

It's inconvenient to reach popular attractions. three separate train rides needed!!! The room size barely allows for one big suitcase in the hallway. Not to mention the lack of luggage delivery service, which complicates matters.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Midosuji Line. The room felt cramped for two people.

The Standard Compact Twin Room felt really small for two people. We barely had space to move around with our luggage. The room was clean but just too tight for comfort. It was functional, and we appreciated the bed being comfy enough for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was pretty basic though—just onigiris and miso soup, not much choice there. Could definitely use more space if you're traveling as a couple or need extra room for bags!
